If you are iPhone 4/3GS, you should click the “Advanced Mode” and enter the scanning mode to allow the program scan your device.

Step 1. Select the iTunes Backup of your iPhone to Scan
Run the iPhone Data Recovery program after downloading and installing it on your computer. When you choose “Recover from iTunes Backup File“, you will see an window as follow. Choose the backup file of your iPhone and click “Start Scan” to continue.
