Steps to Transfer Data from iPhone/Backup to iPhone X


First of all, download, install and launch the Phone Transfer on your computer, then you can see the primary interface as the below picture.


Part 1: Directly Transfer Data from iPhone to iPhone X

Step 1. Choose "Phone to Phone Transfer" and click on "Start" to enter transfer mode.

Step 2. Connect both of your old iPhone and iPhone X to your computer, and please ensure that the old iPhone is displayed on the left, and the iPhone X is displayed on the right, if not, you can simple press "Flip" to exchange theirs position.

Part 2: Transfer Data from iCloud Backup File to iPhone X

Step 1. Select "Restore from Backups" > "iCloud" in the main window.

Step 2. Sign in your iCloud account and connect your iPhone X to computer.

Step 3. Select an iCloud backup file as you liked to download it to your computer.

Step 4. When the download is completed, select the file types that you want to transfer, and press "Start Transfer" to sync it to your iPhone X in a click.

Part 3. Transfer Data from iTunes Backup File to iPhone X

Step 1. Select the solution of "Restore from Backups". In the options provided, choose "iTunes". At the same time, choose your iPhone X to computer via USB cable.

Step 2. Choose an iTunes backup file as you wanted on the displayed list and check the file type that you want to restore to your iPhone X.

Note: You can tick "clear data before copy" to erase all the data on your iPhone X before switching the data to.

Step 3. If done, click on "Start Transfer" to transfer the selected data from iTunes backup to iPhone X in a click.
