Download, install and run the Mobile Transfer on your computer. Then click on “Phone to Phone Transfer” and press “Start” to go on.
Please connect your Android phone and Moto E5 Plus/E5 Play to your computer with USB cables. Your phones will be displayed in the places of “Source” and “Destination”. You can click the “Flip” between the two phones when you decide to change the places of the two phones.
After successfully detected, all the transferable data will be displayed in the interface. You can tick the data you want to transfer, then simply click “Start Transfer” to begin.
Note: When moving data, the phones should always be connected to the computer stably.
