First, you need to download and install dr.fone toolkit for Android to your computer. After running it, select and click “Data Eraser” from all the tools.
Then, please prepare a USB line to connect your Samsung J1/J2/J3/J5/J7 with a USB line. Next, the program will prompt you to open the USB debugging. If the Android os version is above 4.2.2, there will be a pop-up message on your phone asking you to allow USB debugging. Tap on OK to continue.
