Step 1. Extract iTunes backup file and scan
After running software, the default mode is to recover the from iTunes Backup Files, you need to switch to “Recover from iTunes Backup File“，and all your iTunes backup files will be found and displayed here. Choose the one for your iPhone and click “Start Scan“.
Step 2. Recover deleted iMessage on iPhone
After scanning, all the content contained in the backup file will be extracted and displayed in categories. You can view the iMessage history in the category of Messages on the left side of the window. then you can preview your messages and iMessage completely, and save them on your computer by clicking “Recover to Device” or “Recover to Computer”.
