Step 1. Run the Program and Select the Recovery Mode

First at all, you should download dr.fone toolkit for Android Program and launch it on the computer. Then you can see the follow interface. In order to recover data, you need to click "Data Recovery".


Step 2.Connect Your ViVo Phone to the Computer via USB Cable

Then, use a USB line to connect your ViVo Y series to the computer. To make the program detect your device, you need to open USB debugging on your phone.

If the Android os version of your ViVo Y device is 4.2.2 or above, there will be a pop up message on your Android phone, tap on OK to allow USB debugging.


Step 3. Select file types to scan
